Trumbo, 30, hit .262 with 22 home runs and 64 RBIs over 142 games with the Mariners and Arizona Diamondbacks last season. The D-Backs traded Trumbo to the Mariners in early June.

Not Much Interest?

The St. Louis Cardinals may not be as interested in free-agent first baseman/designated hitter Chris Davis.

It's likely Davis would ask for upwards of $100 million this winter considering he hit the most homer runs last season. The 29-year-old hit .262 with 47 homers and 117 RBIs over 160 games with the Baltimore Orioles in 2014.

Staying Put?

Starting pitcher Chris Young might be coming back to the Kansas City Royals.

The 36-year-old free-agent posted an 11-6 record with a 3.06 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP in 34 games last season with the Royals.

O'Day's Day?

Free-agent relief pitcher Darren O'Day is expected to make his decision by next week's Winter Meetings, according to the Baltimore Sun.

The 33-year-old posted a 6-2 record over 65.1 innings pitched with an 1.52 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 82 strikeouts in 2015. O'Day has played eight seasons in the MLB with the Los Angeles Angels, Texas Rangers, New York Mets and Baltimore Orioles.

Christmas Shopping

The Houston Astros appear to be shopping slugger Chris Carter.
