NEW YORK -- The New York Mets have signed outfielders Corey Patterson and Mike Wilson to minor league contracts.

Both players were last in the major leagues in 2011, and the Mets said Wednesday they will report to minor league camp.

The 33-year-old Patterson hit .252 with 118 homers and 431 RBIs in a 12-year big league career for seven teams. Last season he played 117 games for Milwaukee's Triple-A Nashville club. He batted .251 with 10 homers and 39 RBIs.

Wilson, 29, has spent 11 years in the minors, all with the Seattle organization. He spent about a month with the Mariners in 2011 and was 4 for 27 (.148) with a double and three RBIs. In 2012, he batted .239 with 12 homers and 37 RBIs for Triple-A Tacoma.
