TORONTO -- Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Brandon Morrow has been taken out of rehabilitation after suffering a setback.

Morrow pitched two innings on Monday with single-A Dunedin and gave up five hits and three runs, including a homer.

It was Morrow's first game since leaving after two innings against Atlanta on May 28 with forearm tightness. He is 2-3 with a 5.63 ERA in 10 starts this season with Toronto.

"His forearm is still bothering him and they're backing him off that rehab," Blue Jays manager John Gibbons said Tuesday. "They're going to re-examine him and see where he's at."

In the meantime Esmil Rogers will continue to start, as will newly-signed veteran Chien-Ming Wang.

Gibbons added that shortstop Jose Reyes was nearing a return after a successful outing in the same game in Dunedin.

Reyes, who suffered a severe ankle sprain in an April 12 game at Kansas City, had two hits and two runs on Monday night against the Tampa Yankees.

He will DH on Tuesday and is expected to play for either double-A New Hampshire or triple-A Buffalo by the end of the week.
