The Toronto Blue Jays made a couple more roster moves Saturday, sending down promising young pitcher Aaron Sanchez along with outfileder Kevin Pillar, infielder Dan Johnson, and pitcher John Stilson.
The moves leave the Blue Jays with 34 players still in major league camp for Spring Training. They need to be down to 25 by Opening Day.
Sanchez, one of the Blue Jays top prospects, had perhaps his best outing of the spring Thursday against the Tampa Bay Rays, with Rays hitters singing his praises to catcher Dioner Navarro.
Pillar meanwhile, spent some time with the Blue Jays last fall. Johnson and Stilson spent last season in Triple A.
