Dropping four out of their last five series to fall four games out of a wild card position, the focus has started to shift from the Blue Jays' product on the field to the future of management off of it.

Addressing the recent rumours, the Toronto Star's Richard Griffin joined TSN 1050 on Monday to weigh in on the futures of Alex Anthopoulos and Paul Beeston, saying the departure of the team's president could lead to a trickle-down effect that could put the job security of Anthopoulos and John Gibbons in jeopardy.
