Scouting Report

AssetsHis nasty sinker keeps the ball on the ground consistently, so he is able to induce a great number of groundballs per outing. Is a reliable work horse who can lead a pitching staff.
FlawsIsn't great at putting hitters away when he's ahead in the count, so he tends to surrender too many hits. Left-handed hitters can thrive against him. Injuries are a factor here.
Career potentialVeteran starter, when healthy.
