Assets	Has an impressive combination of speed and pop in his bat. Can play a number of positions and is at his best when setting the table for the big boppers.
Flaws	Does not really have an ideal position, which hurts his ability to earn regular at-bats in the bigs. Has always lacked consistency from game to game.
