Assets	Has displayed a propensity to throw a lot of strikes on his way up the ladder. Is very smart and appears to have found his niche pitching out of the bullpen.
Flaws	Must command his fastball better to maximize his big-league potential. Is not an overpowering pitcher, so he's a bit too hittable. Walks can also be problematic.
