Scouting Report

Assets	Has a great pitchers' frame and an electric fastball. Can dominate hitters when he's on. Isn't afraid of pitching in pressure situations. Is at his best when pitching out of the bullpen.
Flaws	Needs to prove he has enough of a repertoire to get batters out repeatedly, since he struggles as a starter. Can also get into a lot of trouble when he loses command of his pitches.
Career potential	Inconsistent, flame-throwing right-hander with dominant stuff.
