Assets	Has a wealth of experience as both a starter and reliever. Can be most effective when up against left-handed batters. Uses plenty of hesitation in his delivery to deceive batters effectively.
Flaws	Is somewhat diminutive, so stamina is an issue regardless of the role he's used in. Isn't very consistent, which hurts his opportunities to be used in key roles at the big-league level.
