Nationals put Ramos on DL; recall Solano from Triple-A

SAN DIEGO -- The Washington Nationals have placed catcher Wilson Ramos on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left hamstring and recalled catcher Jhonatan Solano from Triple-A Syracuse.

Ramos was batting .250 with two home runs and six RBIs in 14 games.

Solano was with the Nationals when Ramos was on the DL earlier this year. Solano batted .167 in 12 games with Syracuse.
