The Cleveland Indians are giving Nyjer Morgan another shot.
The 33-year-old outfielder - who played with Japan's Yokohama DeNA BayStars - has signed a minot league contract with the Indians that includes a spring training invite, according to MLB.com.
Morgan last appeared in the majors with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2012, where he batted .239 with three home runs and 16 runs batted-in.
A veteran of six MLB seasons, Morgan has appeared in 583 career games with the Brewers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Nationals. His lifetime average is .280 with an on-base percentage of .341.
