Dan Henderson won the first battle with Mauricio (Shogun) Rua at UFC 139, but it appears the war is not over yet.
UFC officials have confirmed Fight Night 38 will feature the mixed martial arts legends on March 24, 2014. The rematch -- first reported by Brazilian news outlet Tatame on Tuesday -- will headline the card in Brazil airing on Fox Sports 1.
Henderson (29-11) scored the victory over Rua by unanimous decision on Nov. 19, 2011 in what was regarded as the fight of the year. It is also considered one of the organization's top fights of all time.
Rua (22-8) is six and a half weeks removed from his first win in three months. The former light heavyweight champion knocked out James Te Huna last December after falling twice in a row to top light heavyweight contenders Alexander Gustafsson and Chael Sonnen.
Henderson recently signed a new contract with the UFC after ending his old deal on a three-fight losing streak. His last victory came against Rua before an injury forced him out of a title shot against Jon Jones, followed by defeats at the hands of Lyoto Machida, Rashad Evan and Vitor Belfort.
