Rusnak: Therrien to keep same lines against Capitals

The Montreal Canadiens head off on their first road trip of the season. The team practiced for about an hour at their practice facility in Brossard before boarding a 2pm et flight to Washington. Head coach Michel Therrien will be icing the same lines as on Tuesday night. The coach feels no one from that line up deserves to be taken out.

This means Lars Eller will be scratched for a second consecutive game on Thursday when the Canadiens play the Capitals.

"You just got to take it like a professional, do your job and wait for another chance to get back in the line up," Eller said after Wednesday's practice.

After logging 23 minutes of ice time on Tuesday, 37-year-old Francis Bouillon opted to take a therapy day rather than skate with the team.

It was an early rise for Brendan Gallagher and Alex Galchenyuk after the fire alarm at their hotel went off around 3 o'clock this morning. They were forced to evacuate to the lobby until the fire department declared it was a false alarm.
