On this week's Fantasy Hoops Waiver Wire, a pair of Clippers, a Russian sharpshooter and the Cavaliers' new starting point guard.

Jeremy Pargo, PG, Cleveland - He's not even the best-known Pargo in NBA circles (that would be Jannero Pargo), but with Kyrie Irving down for a month, there is a real opportunity for Jeremy Pargo to establish his legitimacy as an NBA player. He got off to a good start, scoring 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting while playing nearly 39 minutes Wednesday against Philadelphia. His previous career-high was 15 points, in the second game last season, and averaged 10.2 points per game as a senior at Gonzaga, so it's not likely Pargo will keep scoring 20-plus, but if he's playing more than 30 minutes a night in Irving's absence, he should be productive.

Matt Barnes, SG, L.A. Clippers - With Caron Butler sidelined, Barnes is taking advantage of his opportunity, playing more than 43 minutes and attempting 17 shots (his most in a game since January, 2010) Scoring isn't Barnes' forte anyway, so his real value comes in the hustle stats. Over the last seven games, he's averaged 6.1 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 0.7 blocks to go along wiht 11.3 points per game.

Eric Bledsoe, PG, L.A. Clippers - It's not easy getting minutes as Chris Paul's backup, but Bledsoe is forcing his way into the lineup and does a lot with the little time he is given, averaging 10.5 points, 2.9 assists and 1.5 steals per game, while playing a modest 19:11 per game. That production only has value in deeper leagues, but it's worth keeping Bledsoe on the radar.

Alexey Shved, SG, Minnesota - Perhaps the beneficiary of Brandon Roy's latest knee surgery, Shved is still trying to find his range (26.2% from beyond the arc), but he's put up 14.8 points and 4.3 assists per game in the last four, with slightly improved marksmanship (7-for-22 on threes).

Jermaine O'Neal, C, Phoenix - The 34-year-old, who seems much older since he's been in the league for so long, plays a bench role for the Suns, but has been rather effective in limited minutes, averaging 13.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game over the last three, while playing just under 21 minutes a night.

Patrick Patterson, PF, Houston - Starting to find his place in the Houston offence, Patterson has scored at least 14 points in five of the last six games, and he's averaging nearly a dozen field goal attempts per game, so he's getting opportunities to score in a secondary role. After scoring a season-high 20 points last game, perhaps the most encouraging part was that Patterson got to the line five times, he had only shot four free throws total through his first 10 games.

Nick Young, SG, Philadelphia - A true gunner off the bench fo the 76ers, Young isn't very well-rounded in his contributions, but in the last four games he has 15.3 points per game, including 1.8 three-pointers per contest -- enough, with good percentages (.514 FG%, .889 FT%) to warrant consideration.
