On this week's Fantasy Hoops Waiver Wire, three rookies, two veterans coming off injuries and, well, Andray Blatche.

Chauncey Billups, SG, L.A. Clippers - Mr. Big Shot has started a couple of games now, but is still only playing 19 minutes per game, so he's not exactly performing at his peak, but the 36-year-old is back from an Achilles injury that cost him 60 games and now it should only be a matter of time before he's playing closer to 30 minutes a game, at which point his production ought to be acceptable.

Kyle Singler, SF, Detroit - A second-round pick out of Duke in 2011, Singler played in Spain last season and has been very effective for the Pistons since joining the starting lineup. In 10 games since he was installed in the starting five, Singler has averaged 11.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 three-pointers per game, while shooting 51.8% from the field. The Pistons have been much more competitive with Singler in a prominent role, so expect his minutes to remain steady.

Shawn Marion, SF, Dallas - The 34-year-old may not be the stat-stuffer that he was during his peak years in Phoenix, but he still has a little Matrix left in him. In eight games since coming off the injured list, Marion has put up 9.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, adding 1.0 steals per game. The Mavericks are a troubled team, but should always have time in the rotation for Marion, whose defensive ability keeps him in a regular role.

Andray Blatche, C/PF, Brooklyn - With Brook Lopez out, this enigmatic Nets big man is getting an opportunity. Over the last three games (the last two of which have been starts), Blatche is playing more than 30 minutes a night, averaging 17.0 points, 10.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 52.5% from the field. Consistency is not Blatche's strong suit and his minutes could fall back when Lopez returns but, in the mean time, he is a tantalizing upside play.

Jeff Taylor, SG, Charlotte - A second-roundp pick out of Vanderbilt, Taylor has moved into the starting lineup and, over the last seven games, has been a productive contributor, averaging 10.7 points and 2.7 rebounds, but his real value comes with 2.0 steals and 1.8 three-pointers per game over that span. Taylor is just getting started on his career, so his scoring should improve over time, but if he keeps providing steals, he'll have a niche even for fantasy owners.

Dion Waiters, SG, Cleveland - Opportunities abound for the fourth overall pick in the 2012 draft, as he is getting playing time and opportunities to shoot. Waiters is playing 32 minutes per game, averaging 15.3 points per game (on 15.1 field goal attempts), but he's averaging more than 18 field goal attempts per game in the last eight games, averaging 17.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game in that time. Waiters has the highest ceiling on this list, but there have been some erratic performances early in his career, so there is some bad to go with the good.
