The Raptors, who finished the season with the same record as the Bulls, lost the coin flip tie breaker with Chicago this afternoon - as a result, Toronto will pick 20th in the 2014 NBA Draft on June 26th. The Bulls will select 19th.
Toronto didn't have a pick in the 2013 draft. In 2012 they finished with the same record as the Golden State, but lost the tiebreaker and selected Terrence Ross with the 8th pick (Warriors got Harrison Barnes with pick #7).
This will be the third time Toronto has ever selected in the lower third of the first round and first time in 12 years. The Raptors selected Kareem Rush (traded to the Lakers on draft night) with the 20th pick in 2002 and grabbed Morris Peterson 21st overall in 2000 (that was the lowest pick Toronto has ever had in the first round).
