AssetsExcellent blocking shots and an improving rebounder. Brings the size, quickness, and all-round mobility needed to succeed in the NBA post. Does a good job of not fouling despite blocking a lot of shots. A hard worker and a very mature player.
FlawsVery late to develop as a prospect. Shooting is still a work in progress for James. Brings almost nothing as a passer out of the post. May not be able to add much needed muscle mass without losing a step.
