ITHACA, N.Y. -- Toronto striker Daniel Haber has earned first-team all-American honours to cap a tremendous soccer season.

The junior at Cornell led the NCAA in goals per game (1.06) and points per game (2.53), and helped the Big Red to its first Ivy League title since 1995 and its first NCAA tournament berth since 1996.

He finished the season with 18 goals and 43 points.

Haber, who was also named a semifinal for the MAC Hermann Trophy as the top player in NCAA, was the only Canadian to be named to any of the three Div. 1 all-American teams.

He was named the Ivy League player of the year last month after helping Cornell to a 15-2 record.
