ATLANTA FALCONS

Team Page | 2010 Schedule | Roster

Stadium: Georgia Dome
Owner/CEO: Arthur Blank
GM: Thomas Dimitroff | Coach: Mike Smith
Super Bowl Wins: 0

2010 PREVIEW: If you're looking for a reason to get behind the Falcons this season, look no further than the return of a healthy Michael Turner. After amassing 1,699 yards in his first year in Atlanta, Turner battle injuries in 2009 and managed only half of that output. The Burner is back and although he is believed to be a run only option, the Falcon have been working him into the passing game during the pre-season. If he can stay healthy, this could Turner's biggest season yet.

Turner's presence will also help stabilize the offence, giving Matt Ryan more time to breathe in the pocket. The Falcons are a run first team and Turner's bruising style will draw defences in allowing Ryan to go over the top to tight end Tony Gonzalez in the middle of the field and speedster Roddy White deep down the sidelines. Expect fireworks from Atlanta's offence in 2010. More..

CAROLINA PANTHERS

Team Page | 2010 Schedule | Roster

Stadium: Bank of America Stadium
Owner: Jerry Richardson
GM: Marty Hurney | Coach: John Fox
Super Bowl Wins: 0

2010 PREVIEW: Jake Delhomme's gunslinging style was once an endearing quality that captivated the fans in Carolina, however near the end of his days in a Panthers uniform he seemed to be completing more passes to the opposition than he was to his own receivers. Enter Matt Moore, who brought efficiency to the Panthers' huddle over the final four games of 2009, throwing for eight touchdowns and no interceptions.

Head coach John Fox may be feeling a bit of heat, as another losing season could spell the end of his days in Carolina. While Moore may not be the next great pro Bowl passer, Fox is smart enough to know that he doesn't need Moore to win games with his arm. Manage the offence, limit mistakes and let the Panthers win with the old school model of power running and solid defence. That's Panther football. More...

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Team Page | 2010 Schedule | Roster

Stadium: Louisiana Superdome
Owner: Tom Benson
GM: Mickey Loomis | Coach: Sean Payton
Super Bowl Wins: 1

2010 PREVIEW: Has the Super Bowl celebration party stopped yet in New Orleans? Every time Drew Brees was seen in the off-season he was on top of a parade float or passing out copies of this year's Madden game, which he graces the cover of. Aside from the Madden curse, the Saints may need to worry about the Super Bowl hangover and whether they can stay hungry after reaching the pinnacle of the mountain in such dramatic fashion.

There have been plenty of odd sights on Bourbon Street over the years, but the Lombardi Trophy being held high was certainly one for sore eyes. With all the devastation that has been experienced by the people in Louisiana, the way they rallied around the team gave the new meaning to the term fan loyalty. More...

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

Team Page | 2010 Schedule | Roster

Stadium: Raymond James Stadium
Owner: Malcolm Glazer
GM: Mark Dominik | Coach: Raheem Morris
Super Bowl Wins: 1

2010 PREVIEW: To say Tampa Bay struggled in the early portion of the 2009 season is a bit of an understatement. A year after the Detroit Lions showed us all that 0-16 was indeed possible, the Buccaneers brought an 0-8 record into Week 9 in a game against the Green Bay Packers. Just when it looked like the NFL might spawn a winless team for the second straight year, the last of the continuously-beatens managed to breakout?

With rookie quarterback Josh Freeman at the helm, the Bucs shocked the Packers by wearing their bright orange throwback uniforms, paying homage to an even worse period in their franchise's history. Despite being written off prior to kickoff, they pulled off the upset over the Pack, 38-28. More...
