Houston Texans (at Indianapolis)

Clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with:

A win over Indianapolis, or

A Houston loss coupled with a Denver tie or loss, or

A New England loss or tie coupled with a Denver loss.

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win over Indianapolis, or

A New England loss or tie.

A Denver loss

Denver Broncos (vs. Kansas City)

Clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with:

A win or tie with Kansas City, or

A tie with Kansas City coupled with a Houston loss

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win or tie with Kansas City, or

A New England loss or tie.

New England Patriots (vs. Miami)

Clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with:

A win over Miami coupled with a Houston loss and a Denver loss.

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win over Miami coupled with a Houston loss, or

A win over Miami coupled with a Denver loss.

NFC

Green Bay Packers (at Minnesota)

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win over Minnesota,or

A tie with Minnesota coupled with a San Francisco loss or tie, or

A San Francisco loss coupled with a Seattle loss or tie.

San Francisco 49ers (vs. Arizona)

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win over Arizona coupled with a Green Bay loss or tie, or

A tie with Arizona coupled with a Green Bay loss

Clinch the NFC West title with:

A win or tie with Arizona, or

A Seattle loss or tie.

Washington Redskins (vs. Dallas)

Clinch the NFC East title with:

A win or tie with Dallas.

Clinch a playoff spot with:

A Chicago loss coupled with a Minnesota loss.

Seattle Seahawks (vs. St. Louis)

Clinch a first-round bye with:

A win over St. Louis coupled with a San Francisco loss and a Green Bay loss.

Clinch the NFC West title with:

A win over St. Louis coupled with a San Francisco loss.

Minnesota Vikings (vs. Green Bay)

Clinch a playoff spot with:

A win over Green Bay, or

A tie with Green Bay coupled with a Chicago loss or tie, or

A Dallas loss coupled with a Chicago loss and a New York Giants loss or tie.

Chicago Bears (at Detroit)

Clinch a playoff spot with:

A win or tie with Detroit coupled with a Minnesota loss or tie, or

A tie with Detroit coupled with a Minnesota loss.

New York Giants (vs. Philadelphia)

Clinch a playoff spot with:

A win coupled with a Dallas loss or tie, a Chicago loss and a Minnesota loss.

Dallas Cowboys (at Washington)

Clinch the NFC East title with:

A win over Washington.
