How good would Beckham's numbers have been if he played a full season? The 12th-overall draft pick was best known for his three-finger catch of the year, but made plays each week after missing the first four games to injury. In just 12 games Beckham finished in the Top 10 in yards and scores and was on pace to lead the league had he played the whole season.

Donald quickly erased any pre-draft concerns he was too small, routinely causing havoc from his interior spot along the defensive line. The 13th-overall pick - one spot behind Beckham - finished first among rookies in sacks, and second among all defensive tackles.

Arians kept the squad together through some brutal backup QBs to earn a playoff spot.
