The former 2004 first-round pick of the Bengals, Perry gained 269 yards with two touchdowns on 104 carries, adding 20 catches for 71 yards over 13 games in 2008.
Over 35 games in four seasons, all with Cincy, the 27-year-old has compiled 606 rushing yards and two scores on 177 carries, along with 83 receptions for 474 yards and a pair of scores.

Henderson picked up a pair of tackles in two games, while Russell spent the last two years with the Steelers. He was acquired off waivers on April 17.
