Glendale, AZ (Sports Network) - Kurt Warner threw for 340 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 29-of-38 passes as Arizona used a late surge to dispatch Seattle, 31-20.

Beanie Wells ran for 85 yards and a pair of second-half scores on 16 carries for the Cardinals (6-3), winners in five of their last six games.

Anquan Boldin had eight catches for 105 yards, Larry Fitzgerald added seven receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown and Steve Breaston caught four balls for 79 yards and a score.

"I'm proud of our football team, the way we got down 14-0 and to respond the way they did," said Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt. "Hopefully it's a sign that we're maturing."

Matt Hasselbeck went 26-of-52 for 315 yards, one touchdown but two interceptions for the Seahawks (3-6), who have dropped three of four.

Justin Forsett rolled for 123 yards and a TD on 17 carries while T.J. Houshmandzadeh led all receivers with nine catches for 165 yards in defeat.

Arizona faced a 4th-and-1 from the Seahawks' 10-yard-line on its first drive of the second half, and came away with a 17-17 tie after Wells broke free for a 10-yard score with 8:13 left in the third.

The Seahawks responded with a 91-yard, 13-play drive stretched out over 5 1/2 minutes, ending with Olindo Mare's 20-yard make early in the fourth quarter to put the visitors up by three.

Wells, though, struck again to cap the Cardinals' following possession, a 13- yard jaunt for a 24-20 game with 11:20 to play. Warner sped the drive along with completions of 10 and 37 yards.

After holding Seattle on a third-and-long near midfield, a quick six-play drive over 85 yards netted an 18-yard scoring connection from Warner to Fitzgerald and Arizona took a commanding 31-20 edge with 6:11 remaining.

Seattle's last chance to come back started with 3:05 left on its own 41, and reached the Cardinals' three at the two-minute warning after Houshmandzadeh's six-yard reception. On the first play following the break, Hasselbeck tried a shovel pass up the middle, but it was picked off by Arizona's Adrian Wilson.

Warner took a knee on three plays to run out the clock and lock up the win.

Seattle's fourth possession of the first quarter was a 99-yard drive culminating with Forsett's 11-yard run up the middle for a 7-0 advantage, then Hasselbeck hit John Carlson for a 31-yard TD pass and 14-0 edge to cap the Seahawks' second series in the second quarter.

"We weren't clicking early," admitted Warner. "It didn't feel like we were getting into a rhythm, so that always worries you that you can't get too far behind in those kinds of situations. At the same time, once we got it rolling offensively we feel like we can move the ball successfully against anybody."

Arizona got on the board on Breaston's 28-yard TD reception, but Mare booted a 32-yarder to give the visitors a 10-point edge. The Cards had a touchdown called back due to a holding penalty with seconds to go before the half, and had to settle for a 27-yarder by Neil Rackers.

"We started off fast on the road, which is something we've had a problem with," said Seahawks wide receiver Nate Burleson. "Coming in at halftime we made the proper adjustments, knew what we were going to do, but they made more plays in the second half."
