Allen Park, MI (Sports Network) - Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford is officially listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against Green Bay.
Stafford missed practice throughout the week with an injury to his non- throwing shoulder suffered on the second-to-last play against Cleveland this past Sunday.
Daunte Culpepper, who has two starts this season, will be under center if Stafford is unable to play.
Wide receiver Calvin Johnson, bothered by hand and knee injuries, is listed as questionable for the Thanksgiving Day contest. He has missed two games this year with a knee injury.
