Eden Prairie, MN (Sports Network) - Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears with an ankle injury and an undisclosed illness.
Peterson did not practice Friday and took limited reps on Wednesday and Thursday. Should he be unable to go on Sunday, Chester Taylor figures to get a majority of the snaps.
The Oklahoma product has once again put up outstanding numbers in his third season, rushing for 999 yards and 11 touchdowns on 205 carries. He has added 25 catches for 215 yards for the 9-1 Vikings.
Cornerback Antoine Winfield (foot) is also questionable for Minnesota.
