Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner plans to see an ophthalmologist after missing Sunday's loss to Tennessee.
Warner was inactive for the game after taking a blow to the head in Arizona's game against St. Louis in Week 11, though he practiced throughout the week.
On Monday, Warner was still having eye issues, saying he had a fogginess that wasn't normal.
Warner said his goal was to play this Sunday against Minnesota, and Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt said the quarterback will be evaluated daily.
