WASHINGTON -- The Washington Redskins have filled at least one hole in their depleted secondary by agreeing to terms with free agent cornerback E.J. Biggers.

Biggers agreed to the deal Wednesday. He has played three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and started 12 games last year, taking Aqib Talib's spot after Talib was suspended and traded to the New England Patriots.

Biggers was selected in the seventh-round of 2009 draft and played under current Redskins defensive backs coach Raheem Morris when Morris was coach in Tampa Bay.

The Redskins have been looking for replacements for starter DeAngelo Hall and nickel cornerback Cedric Griffin. Hall was cut this month for salary cap reasons, and Griffin is a free agent.
