JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have brought back quarterback Ricky Stanzi and guard Jacques McClendon and waived receivers Jeremy Ebert and Tobais Palmer.

The team promoted Ebert and Palmer from the practice squad last week because of injuries to receivers Mike Brown (back) and Stephen Burton (concussion). Both will rejoin the practice squad Wednesday.

McClendon opened the season on Jacksonville's 53-man roster after he was claimed off waivers from Atlanta on Sept. 1. He was waived the last three Saturdays and re-signed the following Monday.

Stanzi, a fifth-round pick by Kansas City in 2011, was claimed off waivers on Aug. 27 and waived on Sept. 28. Stanzi spent the past two seasons on the Chiefs' active roster, but did not play in a regular-season game.
