Cowboys pick up centre Cook from Dolphins for late pick

Irving, TX (Sports Network) - The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly acquired offensive lineman Ryan Cook from the Miami Dolphins.

According to the Cowboys' website, the Cowboys sent a seventh-round pick in the 2013 draft to the Dolphins in exchange for the seventh-year veteran.

Cook spent last season in Miami and appeared in seven games as a reserve after playing his first five years with the Minnesota Vikings. He has started 40 of his 77 career NFL games.
