Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars made a series of roster moves Tuesday, signing veteran tight end Stephen Spach and offensive lineman Herb Taylor, and waiving tight end Colin Cloherty and wide receiver Brian Robiskie.

Spach, a six-year NFL veteran, last played for St. Louis in 2011, appearing in 10 games and catching two passes. In addition to the Rams, he's also spent time with Arizona -- for whom he started 11 games in 2010 -- as well as New England and Philadelphia. For his career, he's caught 22 passes for 137 yards with no touchdowns.

A 6-foot-4, 305-pound tackle out of Texas Christian University, Taylor last saw NFL action in 2008, playing in 16 games for Kansas City. He spent 2010 playing for the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League.

Cloherty, signed last week, was waived for the second time this year by the Jaguars after spending the preseason with the team. He played in four games for the Jaguars in 2011, catching four passes for 57 yards.
