ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Rams are thin on the offensive line heading into the home opener, with tackle Rodger Saffold (neck) questionable and rookie guard Rokevious Watkins (ankle) out against the Washington Redskins.

Defensive tackles Michael Brockers (high ankle) and Matt Conrath (knee) were ruled out for the second straight week on Friday. Rookie backup tight end Mike McNeill (ankle) was questionable with limited participation in practice in preparation for Sunday's game.

Saffold was a full participant Thursday and Friday, days after being hospitalized for several hours with what the team termed a significant neck strain. He was carted off the field in Detroit when he was injured in the opener.
