ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher had little to say about the condition of Danny Amendola, calling it a "competitive issue" after the receiver was injured during Thursday night's win over Arizona.

Fisher said he'd have an injury report on Wednesday regarding Amendola but said he was certain the receiver would miss the Oct. 14 game at Miami.

The Rams reported a shoulder injury during the game and Amendola was favouring his right shoulder. He was second in the NFL with 31 catches before the 17-3 victory over the Cardinals and had one reception for 44 yards that set up the Rams' first score.

Safety Quintin Mikell has a concussion and fullback Brit Miller, a key component on special teams, has a sprained right ankle.
