Former BC Lion wide receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux has been waived by the Washington Redskins' practice squad.
Arceneaux inked a practice squad contract with the Redskins on September 3 after turning down the same offer from the Minnesota Vikings.
The 24-year-old signed with the Vikings in January 2011 and spent most of last season on the team's practice squad, catching one pass for 10 yards in three games. He was among 20 players cut loose by the Vikings as the team announced its 53-man roster.
