Amidst a season of upheaval, the Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed a familiar face.

The Leafs have signed restricted free agent, forward Matt Stajan to a two-year contract worth $3.5 million.

The native of Mississauga, Ontario scored 16 goals and 17 assists in 82 games last season for the Buds.

Stajan was a second-round draft pick of the Leafs in 2002 and has spent parts of four seasons with Toronto.
