The San Jose Sharks have bolstered their scouting departments with a pair of faces that should be very familiar to hockey fans.

On Saturday the Sharks added former Maple Leafs' general manager John Ferguson Jr. and former Chicago Blackhawks coach Dirk Graham to their staff as professional scouts.

Ferguson has been out of work in the NHL since being replaced by Cliff Fletcher last season.  Prior to joining the Leafs, Ferguson spent time in the St. Louis Blues organization as the team's director of hockey operations and assistant general manager.

He will be returning to his scouting roots where he broke into the league in 1993 with the Ottawa Senators.

Meanwhile Graham returns to the league for the first time since 1999 when he was fired in his first season as Blackhawks head coach.
