Predators acquire Jessiman and Ramholt

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Predators have acquired forward Hugh Jessiman from the New York Rangers and defenceman Tim Ramholt from the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Predators sent forward Josh Gratton to the Flyers on Thursday. The Rangers get future considerations for Jessiman.

Jessiman has spent the past three seasons with Hartford in the AHL and Charlotte in the ECHL.

Ramholt has played mostly in the minor leagues.

Jessiman and Ramholt will be assigned to Milwaukee of the AHL.
