The Anaheim Ducks will have to do without sniper Teemu Sealanne for four-to-six weeks after an MRI revealed a cut in his left quad muscle.

The 38-year old Selanne suffered the injury during Friday's Ducks' victory over the Oilers after being hit into the boards by Denis Grebeshkov causing the bottom of Selanne's skate blade to catch his own leg as he was falling down.

Selanne did receive some good news that no tendons were damaged and additional surgery would not be required.

The future Hall of Famer leads the Ducks with 14 goals with 13 of them coming on the power play.  He also has 13 assists in 33 games this season.
