Former NHLPA executive director Paul Kelly was not out of work for very long as he has accepted the position of Executive Director of College Hockey Inc.

College hockey Inc is the business side of the Major NCAA College hockey conferences and is designed to promote US College hockey.

"I am very pleased to undertake this exciting new venture," said Kelly in a statement.  "It will be a privilege to represent the many fine schools and elite athletes that play hockey on the college level here in the United States.  College hockey not only grooms well-rounded future NHL stars, but it is essential to the overall growth of this great sport."

The announcement will be made at a press conference on Tuesday at Harvard prior to a college hockey game between Havard and Boston University.
