It appears that the Boston Bruins will be the next  NHL team to open their regular season in Europe.

According to the Boston Globe, the Bruins will face the Phoenix Coyotes in two regular season games in late September in Prague, Czech Republic to open the 2010-11 season.

The Bruins, who have two Czech players on the club - David Krejci and Vladimir Sobotka - would follow in the footsteps of the Chicago Blackhawks and Florida Panthers, who played in Helinski, as well as the Detroit Red Wings and St. Louis Blues, who traveled to Stockholm to open the 2009-10 season.
