The Vancouver Canucks beat the Nashville Predators 2-1 in Game 6 of their Round 2 series. With the win, the Canucks won the series and will advance to play either the San Jose Sharks or Detroit Red Wings.

Mason Raymond and Daniel Sedin scored in the first to give Vancouver an early 2-0 lead. Ryan Kesler continued his hot play with assists on both goals.

The Predators would cut the lead in half when David Legwand scored early in the second. The play was reviewed but the goal was upheld. Assists went to Joel Ward and Sergei Kostitsyn.

The Canucks held on the rest of the way to win the game and series.
