The Tampa Bay Lightning scored three goals in 85 seconds in the first period and cruised to a 5-2 win over the Boston Bruins in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Final series on Saturday.

Sean Bergenheim, Brett Clark and Teddy Purcell scored for the Lightning in the opening frame. Marc-Andre Bergeron and Simon Gagne added markers in the third period.

Tyler Seguin and Cris Kelly replied for the Bruins.
