The International Scouting Services released their updated Top 50 prospects list for the 2011 NHL Draft and Red Deer Rebels centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins remains at the top of the list.
In fact, the entire top five remained exactly as it was a month ago in the mid-April rankings.
The major story in the May edition of the list is that four players jumped 10 or more spots to give a new look to the middle portion of the top 30.
Swedish defenceman Oscar Klefbom, who plays for Farjestad in the Swedish Elite League, moved up 16 spots to occupy the 10th position.
Klefbom appeared in 23 games this season for Farjestad and registered a goal and an assist, he was also a plus-1
Rocco Grimaldi, from the USA Under-18 team, jumped 10 spots to the 16th position.
J.T. Miller, a teammate of Grimaldi's, is now the 16th ranked player after previously being out of the top 30.
Finally, Barrie Colts Centre Mark Scheifele improved by 12 positions and now sits in the 17th slot.
The Edmonton Oilers hold the first pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft for the second consecutive season.
The first round of the Draft gets underway on Friday, June 24 and can be seen on TSN.
