The (32-29-8) Winnipeg Jets open a three-game home stand tonight at MTS Centre against the (39-26-5) Dallas Stars.
TSN 1290's coverage begins with Hustler & Lawless at 4:00 pm/ ct live from the Exchange Restaurant.  Rick Ralph hosts the official Jets pregame show at 6:30pm/ ct.

Ondrej Pavelec will start his 6th consecutive game in goal for the Jets.
Blake Wheeler is on a four-game goal scoring streak and has five points (four goals and one assist) in his last four games.

Eric Fehr replaces Chris Thorburn, who is expected to miss at least the next two weeks with a lower body injury.  Fehr has not played the last seven games.

Projected Jets Lines:

After a 1-0 win in Minnesota last night which extended the Dallas winning streak to six games, the Stars did not skate this morning at MTS Centre.  They held a team meeting at their hotel.

Projected Stars Lines:

No word on starting goaltender, either Kari Lehtonen or Richard Bachman.  Lehtinen has not allowed a goal in 128 minutes and 32 seconds.

The Stars are the hottest team in the NHL with a 10-0-1 record in their last 11 games.

Jamie Benn is on a four game point streak (three goals and two assists).

Ryan Garbutt plays an NHL game in his home town.  He has 1 goal and 1 assist in 12 games this season.

Mark Fistric returns to Winnipeg after playing for the Manitoba Moose when they went to the AHL's Calder Cup Final.
