It appears that another key NHL restricted free agent has signed before the season.

According to the Sun Sentinel, Florida Panthers defenceman Dmitry Kulikov has signed a two-year deal with the club.

Last season, the 22-year-old played in 58 games with the Panthers, recording four goals and 24 assists.  Kulikov spent the lockout playing with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the KHL.
