The St. Louis Blues will be without forward Jamie Langenbrunner for the foreseeable future.

The club announced on Saturday that the 37-year-old is scheduled to have surgery on his hip and will be out indefinitely.

In four games this season, Langenbrunner has posted one assist.

The 18-year NHL veteran has 243 goals and 420 assists in 1,109 career regular season games. The two-time Stanley Cup winner has scored 34 goals and added 53 assists in 146 career playoff games.
