The Chicago Blackhawks rebounded quickly from their first two losses of the season, earning decisive wins to solidify their hold on top spot in the TSN.ca NHL Power Rankings for the sixth straight week.

Behind the Blackhawks, Anaheim jumped over Boston, who is missing injured centre David Krejci, for second spot.

With one regulation loss in the last seven games, the Ottawa Senators have moved up from 12th to seventh in the rankings. They've had to scratch and claw through potentially crushing injuries, but strong goaltending from Robin Lehner and Ben Bishop has helped the Senators stay in playoff position.

St. Louis is getting healthier and has won five of six, resulting in a big move from 20th to eighth.

Winnipeg is 5-1-1 in their last seven, good enough to move from 24th to 19th and the Columbus Blue Jackets, who have gone to overtime or shootout in nine of their last ten games, move from 25th to 20th.

In the lower third, the Edmonton Oilers, 3-0-1 in their last four, moved up to 22nd from 29th spot.

Winless in five, the Toronto Maple Leafs fell from sixth to 11th, while the New York Rangers dropped from ninth to 13th.

Dallas fell from eighth to 17th, having lost four straight before Monday's win over Calgary, while the Philadelphia Flyers and Colorado Avalanche each dropped six spots, to 24th and 25th, respectively.

Among the remaining Canadian teams, Montreal is still the top ranked, holding down fourth spot, and Vancouver continues to struggle in 16th. Calgary is the lowest-ranked Canadian club, sitting at 27th for the second straight week.
