RFA Boedker, Coyotes on verge of signing two-year deal

Mikkel Boedker and the Phoenix Coyotes appear close to a new deal.

TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie reports the restricted free agent is on the verge of agreeing to terms on a two-year deal with the team.

Boedker had seven goals and 26 points in 48 games with the Coyotes last season, his fifth in Phoenix.

For his career, the former eighth-overall draft pick has 34 goals and 95 points in 256 games.
