Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds centre Jared McCann is the big mover this month, jumping into the top ten of the International Scouting Service's prospect rankings for December.

McCann - a six-foot centre - was ranked ninth, jumping seven spots from his November slot. He has scored 17 goals and 21 assists in 32 games with the Greyhounds so far in 2013-14, including 13 points in his last 11 games.

Kootenay Ice centre Sam Reinhart remains the number one position, marking his fourth consecutive month atop the rankings.

Barrie Colts defenceman Aaron Ekblad was ranked number tow, also for a fourth consecutive month.

The list remained unchanged between those two and McCann with Oshawa Generals forward Michael Dal Colle, Swedish centre Willie Nylander, Kingston Frontenacs centre Sam Bennett, Swedish defenceman Anton Karlsson, Price Albert centre Leon Draisaitl and Niagara winger Brendan Perlini holding down the third through eighth spots respectively.

McCann's move to ninth bumped Red Deer Rebels defenceman Haydn Fleury to 10th spot.

U.S. Development Program winger Sonny Milano is the highest new entry from November's list, as he came in at 16th spot.
