The Winnipeg Jets play the first of back-to-back matinees with a 12:00ct start in Boston against the Bruins.

The (19-19-5) Jets are sixth in the Central Division with 43 points, trailing fourth place Dallas and fifth place Minnesota by four points.  Phoenix holds the Central Division Wild Card with 49 points.  The Coyotes have three games in hand on Winnipeg.

Ondrej Pavelec (11-16-4, 3.03, .902) returns to the net and will start in goal.

Al Montoya's personal six game winning streak ended Thursday against the Senators.

Based on practice yesterday in Ottawa, expect the same skaters today as Thursday.

Jacob Trouba is on a four game point streak with one goal and three assists.

This is the first of two games between these teams this season.  The Bruins close out the Jets regular season home schedule at MTS Centre April 10th.

Boston is coming off a 3-2 win Thursday at home against Nashville.

The (27-12-2) Bruins lead the Atlantic Division with 56 points.  They are two points up on second place Tampa.  The Lightning are in Winnipeg Tuesday.

Jarome Iginla is on a six game point streak that includes five goals and two assists.  In 13 games against the Thrashers/Jets franchise, Iginla has 21 points (9 goals and 12 assists).

David Krecji also has points in six straight games, three goals and 4 assists.

Defenseman Torey Krug was injured against Nashville and did not practice yesterday.  If he is unable to play today, it's expected Kevan Miller will.  Miller has not played in six of the last seven games.

Following today's game, the Jets fly to Pittsburgh and play the Penguins tomorrow afternoon at 12:00ct (TSN 1290 / TSN Jets).
